Want to transfer money from my trading wallet?
- Do not try this as it will result in the termination of your learnership.
Want to cash-out from my Savings wallet?
Follow these steps:
- Click on the menu button, go to Wallet.
- Select My wallet
- Choose the Savings wallet option.
- Click on cash-out. NOTE: you can only cash-out the full amount.
- A voucher number will appear on your screen and an SMS will be sent to your Sonke registered number.
- The voucher can be redeemed at Shoprite, Checkers, USave, PicknPay, and Boxer.
Want to transfer money from my Savings account to another Sonke trader?
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to your menu and then go to ‘my wallet’.
- Go into your savings account and click on ‘transfer’.
- Choose the ‘wallet transfers’ and then click on ‘transfer to other wallet’.
- Enter your friends cell phone number – NOTE: This must be the same number they use to login to their account.
- Fill in the amount and fill in your reference as well as your friend’s reference.
- Click on submit.
- Click on confirm once you have checked that all the details are correct.
